The hotel had a double bed and a twin room, along with a lovely seating area. The staff went above and beyond, even escorting us with an umbrella in the rain and helping with our shopping. However, there was a mix-up in the Christmas package terms that dampened an otherwise wonderful stay.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms and huge comfortable beds. The service is top-notch, with everyone well-trained and ready to assist. The location, overlooking the nearby golf course, is beautiful. The dining options are varied and fresh, although some improvements could be made. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor room temperature issues that were easily resolved.
The hotel rooms were a bit warm, and ventilation could be improved, but the rooftop spa was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, there was no turn-down service, which was a downside, but the service by the staff was truly excellent.
